The City's reports states that the "Equivalent" Total Staff number = 42.22  Is that number completely transparent?

PLANNING AGENCY - Preliminary Report on Redevelopment of Oakbrook Village Shopping Center Staff Report states the developer is asking for agreement to include 464 Residential Units + Commercial Shopping in this area with parking shared between residential and retail uses.

PUBLIC HEARING - 2012 Weed Abatement Program -  Affected property owners have been given until June 1, 2012, to abate and remove the weeds, rubbish, refuse and/or dirt on their property at their expense. The City Council will hear and consider all property owner objections and protests to the proposed public nuisance abatement as part of a Public Hearing process conducted on May 22, 2012, at 7:00 p.m.

From Council Member Kogerman - REPEAL OF LAGUNA HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 2-08.200 REMOVAL FROM OFFICE
Repeal of this code section will allow provisions of an Employment Agreement between the City and the City Manager to become the governing document on matters regarding removal from office. The Ordinance reads:  “Notwithstanding any other provisions to the contrary, the City Manager shall not be removed from office during or within a period of one hundred eighty (180) days next succeeding any general municipal election at which election a member of the City Council is elected. The intent of this provision is to allow any newly elected member of the City Council or a reorganized City Council to observe the actions and ability of the City Manager in the performance of the powers and duties of his or her office. After the expiration of such one hundred eighty (180) day period aforementioned, the provisions of the City Manager employment agreement regarding removal from office shall apply and be effective."
